2. Warranty Period and Scope
1. Warranty Period:
All tools and 3C products sold by Lomtrixj in the U.S. come with a one-year (12 months) free warranty, starting from the date you receive the product. The warranty period is calculated from the order delivery confirmation date. If no receipt proof is available, the warranty will be based on the shipping date, with an extension of 3 business days (to account for the 5-7 business day shipping time).
2. Warranty Scope:
During the warranty period, if the product experiences quality issues due to factors not caused by the user (e.g., malfunction, performance issues, faulty parts not caused by human damage), and the product shows no signs of intentional damage or unauthorized disassembly, we will offer free repairs or parts replacement.
3. Exclusions from Warranty:
The following situations are not covered by the free warranty, but you may inquire about paid repair options:

3. Warranty Application Process

3. Product Return:
If the product qualifies for warranty, please send the defective item to the specified return address (return shipping costs are initially borne by you). Please ensure the product is packed properly to avoid further damage and include the order number and your contact information.
4. Repair and Return Shipping:
Upon receiving the product, we will complete the repair or parts replacement within 5-7 business days (if parts are out of stock, we will notify you). After repairs, we will bear the return shipping cost and provide you with a tracking number. The actual delivery time is 5-7 business days.
