2. Order Editing/Changes
You can edit or change your order details (such as delivery address, contact information, etc.) within 12 hours after placing the order. After 12 hours, the order will enter the shipping preparation process, and changes will no longer be supported.

For in-stock orders, shipping is usually completed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays). Shipping progress may be affected by factors such as factory production schedules, holidays, weather conditions, and other force majeure factors. The actual shipping time may be slightly delayed; we appreciate your understanding.

After the order is shipped, the actual delivery time is 5-7 business days. The shipping time may vary based on your delivery address, shipping method, weather, and logistics transit conditions. The final delivery time will depend on the logistics carrier's progress.
4. Shipping Fees
We provide free shipping for all tool and 3C product orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. No additional shipping fees will be charged.
The following regions do not qualify for free shipping, and shipping fees will be borne by you: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Box addresses.

We cooperate with logistics carriers such as UPS, FEDEX, and USPS. All orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states will be delivered by one of these carriers, with free shipping available.
2. Delivery Address Requirements:
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address (including street address, house number, city, and postal code) when placing your order. If the address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, resulting in the inability to deliver the package or requiring a second delivery attempt, the additional shipping fees for re-delivery will be your responsibility.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number via the email address provided during the order process. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time shipping status and estimated delivery time on the carrier's official website.
6. Delivery Information
1. Signature Service:
The package will be delivered without requiring a recipient's signature and will be left at your provided delivery address (such as in front of the door or in a delivery locker).
2. Additional Signature Service:
If you require a signature confirmation upon delivery, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after placing your order. We will assist you in adding FedEx signature service to ensure safe delivery of your package. After 24 hours, this service may no longer be available, so please reach out promptly.
