Lomtrixj Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing Lomtrixj for your tools and 3C products. To protect your legal rights and clearly outline the process and responsibilities related to returns and exchanges, we have established the following policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order, as placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms.

1. Basic Cancellation and Return Principles
1.1 All cancellation or return requests must be approved in writing by Lomtrixj. You can send a request via our official email (service@lomtrixj.com), providing the order number, product information, and reason for cancellation/return. Only after our review and approval can the subsequent process proceed.
1.2 Cancellation requests made without written approval will be rejected, and the order will continue to be processed. Products returned without approval will be refused and sent back to you, with all return shipping costs and other related expenses being borne by you.
1.3 Orders can be edited or changed within 12 hours after placement. After 12 hours, the order will enter the shipping process and no modifications can be made.
2. Handling of Minor Defects and Stains
2.1 Please inspect the products within 14 days of receiving the package. If you find minor defects, slight stains, or similar issues, please contact us immediately via email or phone, providing clear photos and videos as evidence. We will provide you with a solution (such as return, exchange, or compensation).
2.2 If defects or stains are reported after 14 days, they will be considered caused by the customer during use, and we will not be responsible for any issues.
3. Cancellation Rules and Fees for Different Scenarios
(a) Cancellation Before Shipping Label Creation
If the order has been placed but no shipping label has been created yet, we will refund the full amount paid without any handling fees.
(b) Cancellation Before Shipment (Shipping Label Created)
If the shipping label has been created but the product has not been shipped, we will charge a 10% handling fee based on the order’s original price, and refund the remaining amount to your original payment method.
(c) Cancellation After Shipment
Once the product has been shipped, we cannot intercept the package in transit. You may refuse the package upon delivery, or sign for it and contact us for a return shipping label. After the package is returned and inspected, we will process the refund and charge a 20% restocking fee, with the return shipping cost borne by you.
(d) Cancellation After Delivery (Unopened Package)
If the package is delivered within 14 calendar days and you wish to cancel the order (for personal reasons) and the package is unopened, you must first contact us and provide clear photos and videos showing the package is unopened. After our approval, you can contact the original delivery company to return the package, with return shipping costs borne by you. After the package is returned and inspected, we will charge a 20% restocking fee and refund the remaining amount.
(e) Cancellation After Use (Non-Quality Reasons)

If you wish to cancel the order within 30 calendar days after delivery for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, dislike of the product, or disagreement with a minor transportation damage compensation plan), you must contact customer service and provide photos and videos to show that the product and packaging are intact. After our review and prior authorization, you can return the product.

You will need to contact the original delivery company to return the product in its original packaging and bear the return shipping cost. Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Once the product is returned and inspected, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable, unless there are special exceptional circumstances. You must contact customer service in advance and obtain written approval for returns:

5. Refund Conditions and Exceptions
5.1 For valid return requests in accordance with this policy, we will process the refund within 15 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned package. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
5.2 Refund delays may occur due to bank system delays, payment platform limitations, or other force majeure factors. We appreciate your understanding. You can contact customer service at any time with relevant order details and payment proof, and we will assist in investigating and explaining the situation.
6. Important Notes
6.1 If you need to return a product, please do not refuse any FedEx/UPS packages directly. Sign for the package first, then request a return shipping label through our official email (service@lomtrixj.com). Follow the instructions to complete the return process.
