Lomtrixj Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") apply to all users who purchase tools, 3C products, and use related services through Lomtrixj in the United States (hereinafter referred to as "you").
By placing an order, making a payment, or using the platform services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the contents of these Terms. If you disagree with these Terms, please do not place an order or use the related services.
We specialize in tools and 3C products in the United States and reserve the right to revise these Terms as necessary based on laws, regulations, business development, and operational needs. The revised Terms will be publicly announced on the platform and will take effect immediately after the announcement. Continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Orders and Shipping
Order Submission and Effectiveness
Once you submit an order and complete payment, and the system confirms the payment is successful, the order becomes effective. We will arrange product delivery based on the order information.
Order Editing/Changes
You may contact customer service within 12 hours after placing an order to request editing or changing your order information (such as shipping address, contact information, etc.). After 12 hours, the order will enter the shipping preparation process and changes will generally no longer be accepted. Special cases can be discussed with customer service.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Orders with available stock will typically ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays). After the order is shipped, the actual delivery time is generally 5-7 business days, depending on the logistics provider's delivery progress.
In the case of delays due to factors beyond our control, such as factory production issues, weather conditions, holidays, logistical congestion, or customs inspection, we will do our best to assist in follow-up but do not bear any liability for the delay.
4. Price, Taxes, and Customs Duties
Price and Domestic Taxes
The prices displayed for all tools and 3C products on the platform include relevant domestic taxes in the United States. You do not need to pay any additional domestic taxes, and the price shown on the platform is the final amount you are required to pay, with no hidden charges.
Customs Duties
Customs duties will be strictly applied based on the local policies and customs regulations of the delivery destination. You are responsible for paying any customs duties. We do not bear any customs fees. You must pay the required amount to the local customs to ensure the smooth clearance and delivery of your order.
5. Payment and Transactions
We support legal payment methods as publicly disclosed on the platform. You are required to make payments through your own legitimate account and ensure that the payment information is truthful, valid, and secure.
If payment fails or an order is processed incorrectly due to reasons such as incorrect payment information, account issues, payment limits, or network failures, you will bear the responsibility for any resulting losses. We will assist with payment-related inquiries but do not assume liability for any resulting losses.
6. User Obligations
You must ensure that the information you provide when placing an order, including your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, etc., is truthful, accurate, and complete. If the order cannot be shipped, delivery fails, or the package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, you will be responsible for any related fees and issues.
You must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the United States and the platform rules. You are prohibited from using the platform or products for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or other prohibited activities. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, freeze accounts, and pursue legal action.
You should properly manage your account, order, and payment information. If you fail to safeguard your account, resulting in information leakage, account theft, order issues, etc., you will be responsible for the consequences.
7. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing services due to force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, policy adjustments, legal/regulatory changes, network attacks, power failures, logistics suspensions, etc.), but we will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on you.
We are not responsible for any issues caused by your own reasons (including but not limited to incorrect order information, failure to check the package in time, improper use, failure to pay customs duties as required, voluntary refusal of delivery, etc.).
We only provide sales and basic services for tools and 3C products. The product's quality, performance, patents, trademarks, and other rights belong to the brand owner or relevant rights holders. We will assist in resolving issues according to our after-sales policy but do not assume responsibility for the defects of the products themselves.
8. Service Termination and Changes
You may contact customer service at any time to stop using the service. Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled according to the platform’s rules, and shipped orders will be processed according to our after-sales and return/exchange policies.
We reserve the right, with prior notice, to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of our services. If service changes or termination result in reasonable losses, we will handle them in accordance with legal regulations and these Terms.
9. Miscellaneous
The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by relevant U.S. laws and regulations.
If a dispute arises between you and us regarding these Terms or services, both parties should first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation. If negotiations fail, either party may apply for mediation or seek resolution through legal means at the competent institution.
These Terms complement the platform’s policies on return and exchange, shipping and delivery, payment, warranty, privacy, and other relevant rules, collectively forming the complete agreement between you and Lomtrixj regarding the services.
